He previously worked at Division of Experimental Surgery & Surgical ICU of Hualien Tzu Chi Hospital and as associate professor at Department of Pharmacology of Tzu Chi University, Hualien, Taiwan.
After graduating from National Taiwan University (2000), he completed his residency training at Hualien Tzu Chi Hospital and got the Board of Internal Medicine (2003) and Emergency (2005). He obtained his master (2006) and PhD degree (2011) from Institute of Pharmacology and Toxicology at Tzu Chi University. He was a visiting scholar in the Department of Emergency & Care Medicine of Nagoya University (November 2014~May 2015), Japan.
Dr. Huang not only specializes in pre-clinical investigation but also clinical studies. He is a famous speaker in emergency and critical care medicine in Taiwan, especially in the field of sepsis, resuscitation, hemodynamics, acute kidney injury, clinical pharmacology, and evidence-based medicine.
